DEC 5 - CROW'S FEET
“Crows are more sincere than they look, you know.” ― Aki
Since moving to the rolling hills of Pennsylvania, I've fallen in love with crows. They are the smartest of all birds, being able to fashion tools to solve problems as well as having the ability to recognize faces and understand causality. But they are also social and family-oriented birds. I've heard them in the field making a ruckus as more and more crows gathered to scare off the hawks. I hope that as my crow's feet deepen each year I will live more like a crow - brave, intelligent and resourceful.
