“If you are not filled with overflowing love, compassion and goodwill for all creatures living wild in nature, You will never know true happiness.” ― Paul Oxton
I'm a girl from Bermuda who had never spent any time around wildlife until leaving the island. Since moving to Pennsylvania, I have seen more than I ever could have imagined - deer, rabbits, groundhogs, squirrels, and more. Traveling through White Clay Creek at dusk one evening, I spotted from the corner of my left eye, a huge stag standing perfectly still in the woods. I was filled with awe at his stately presence. Never have I witnessed such beauty and dignity from an animal. I still feel his presence at times, looking over my left shoulder. He's a source of comfort for me.
